ProContractor 3.11 Project Management Enhancements

Page Break Reporting Option – To make it easier for users to distribute printed reports to Project Managers, the option to break pages when the project changes has been added. This enhancement was a highly requested Suggestion Box item.

The following reports have been updated:

• Cost Detail
• Cost Detail with Summarized Labor
• Cost & Billing Detail
• Cost & Billing Detail with Summarized Labor
• Unbilled Time & Material Costs

Drill Downs in Project Reports – To allow users to more quickly find report detail information, the ability to drill into Project reports has been added. This enhancement was a highly requested Suggestion Box item.

The following reports have been updated:

• Management Report
• Variance Report with drill down on posted revenue to Project Billing Summary

New! Project Schedule of Values Report – This report provides new insight into project contract billing amounts by billing format, and by billing code. At start of project, this report helps to validate entry and get approval and during the project, this report allows users to view application/invoices billed. This enhancement was a highly requested Suggestion Box item.
