Established in 1992 and part of the Northern Bear Group, Isoler works across the UK specialising in fire protection, including active and passive systems, fire door maintenance and installation, fire stopping and compliance surveys. Predominantly working in the retrofit market, Isoler’s sevice has also expanded to include general contracting works.

We currently have between 40 and 50 forms in active use across the company. These range from health and safety inspections, toolbox talks and site inspections to installation records, client inductions and van inspections, where the vehicles are handed over to the next driver at the end of a shift.

Our teams can have instant visibility into the progress on site from here in the office, including quality control and installation sign-offs. For our clients, they especially like the client log-in function, where they also have visibility of the works undertaken. This includes the delivery of a professional PDF report at the end of the year, including all work that has been done, details of the systems installed and the exact locations.
