DCW Panel Session: Adopting Digital Processes at Hinkley Point C

At Hinkley Point C, the workforce was initially resistant to using digital tools. However, the project team was able to overcome this resistance by getting buy-in from leaders, providing training, making the tools easy to use, and providing ongoing support. As a result, the workforce is now successfully using digital tools and is more productive, efficient, and accurate.
