Sierra Construction, established in 1994, is an independently owned and managed general contracting firm providing Project and Construction Management, as well as integrated construction services in a variety of sectors through their design/build, heavy civil, and land development divisions.
Sierra Construction found its previous software, Sage, to be very limited in its capabilities. Needing an integrated system that could do inter-company transactions with affiliated companies, Sierra chose Viewpoint to give greater visibility to the entire organization and in turn, get a better handle on job costs.

Mike Zaluski, Sierra Construction’s General Manager, has already seen great benefits after making the switch to Viewpoint. “The ability to review and change invoicing within the system is vital to our organization.
